TABLES: 8'x30", undraped.Two chairs provided per table. Electricity will be provided at no extra charge. Table locations for electrical requirements are limited and will be assigned on a first-come-first- served basis. If your exhibit /shelving is higher than 3', you must submit a photograph of your display with your completed application. You are also responsible for your own electrical extension cords.
FEES: Table fees are $195.00 plus 5% G.S.T. Additional tables are $175..00 each plus 5% G.S.T. and are very limited. Exhibitors may not share tables, nor may they sell or give their tables to other dealers. There will be no refunds after February 28, 2010. A 50%, non-refundable deposit (CDN. Funds) must accompany the fully completed contract. The final payment is due no later than February 1, 2010. It is your responsibility to observe the balance due date. No reminder notices will be sent. A late fee of $20.00 will be applied on all accounts not settled by the due date. Payment plans are available. Please contact TBOV for further details. SALESROOM REQUIREMENTS: Set up time is Sunday, May 30, 2010 from 7:30am-9:30am. Salesroom hours are from 10am-3:30pm, on the same day. Exhibitors must remain set up throughout the official show hours. No early exhibitor move outs will be permitted unless approved by TBOV prior to the show.! A maximum of one assistant per table is permitted. No table location or exhibit changes will be made on the day of the show. All items for sale must be priced in Canadian Currency. There will be a brief exhibitors' meeting prior to the opening of the show. Please dress professionally! No pets will be allowed in the showroom an any time.

FOOD: Coffee, tea and bottled water will be availalbe throughout the day for all exhibitors.The Toronto Botanical Gardens is a non-smoking facility.
MERCHANDISE: All items for sale must be kept with the theme of "teddy bear collecting". No selling under market value.This is a retail show.Displays must be confined to the area represented by the table size. No signage permitted in your exhibit area offering discounts off your merchandise. This may be negotiated between you and a client verbally.
RAFFLES: No individual raffles permitted unless approved by TBOV.
ADVERTISING: Print ads, locally and internationally, as well as extensive flyer and poster distribution throughout the local area and major shows in the United States will be the basis of our major marketing strategy for this show. Media kits and press releases alerting the local media for the coverage of the show itself will be another important focus. We will be actively promoting all of our events through TBOV's website www.teddybearsonvacation.com

UPHOLSTERED AND STUFFED ARTICLES REGISTRATIONS: All vendors selling stuffed teddy bears or other toys must register with the Province of Ontario's Technical Standards and Safety Authority. This policy in in compliance with the Ontario Upholstered and Stuffed Articles Act. Phone number for further information is 416-325-4088. Labels identifying the stuffing used in the construction of your bear must be sewn into your bear.
TAX COLLECTION: The Province of Ontario requires all exhibitors to collect and remit the 8% Provincial Sales tax on retail sales items. It is your responsibility to contact the Provincial Sales Tax Office at 905-272-9490 to request the appropriate sales tax forms.
BADGES: All exhibitors and their assistants will be issued name badges and they must be worn throughout the entire event. This policy will be strictly enforced to assist with overall security. Exhibitor table signs will be provided by TBOV.
SHIPPING: You are responsible for shipping arrangements to and from the hotel of your choice.Please do not ship any merchandise to the Toronto Botanical Gardens.
PHOTOS: All first time exhibitors are required to submit three quality photographs of their work at the time of application or submit a website address where your work may be viewed.
VISA/MC/AMEX/INTERAC: Sales Centre will be provided for exhibitors and their customers upon request. Contact TBOV for further information on this service.
CUSTOMS: All exhibitors from outside Canada should follow correct Canada Customs procedures. Please contact the event manager for further information.
